Return & Exchange Policy

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Return Policy

  • To initiate a return, please fill out the form located at the bottom of our Returns & Exchanges page.
  • Return timelines:
    • For Cairo and Giza: Returns are processed within 3 to 5 working days, including the product quality check.
    • For all other governorates: Returns are processed within 5 to 10 working days, including the quality check.
  • Products must be:
    • In the same condition as received.
    • In their original box or packaging, with price tags attached.
  • If the item is returned in a condition different from its original state, the return request will be rejected and the product will be sent back to you.
  • Delivery and return shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the original order value during the refund process.

Refund Options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) payments:
    • Refunds will be added to your Aldokana.com wallet credit, which you can use for future purchases.
  • Online payments via Instapay and Vodafone Cash:
    • Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used at checkout.
    • It may take 3 to 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or provider.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only available for the same model in a different size.

Exchange Process:

  1. Fill out the form at the bottom of the page or contact our customer service to request an exchange and specify the desired size.
  2. We will collect the original item from you.
  3. After we receive and inspect the item, the replacement will be shipped to you.
  4. The full exchange process typically takes 5 to 7 working days.

Important Notes

  • Defective products are eligible for a full refund, including shipping costs.
  • Product inspection upon delivery is not allowed in compliance with shipping company policies.
  • For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they have a manufacturing defect:
    • Mouth Guard
    • Socks
    • Sports bras
    • Swimsuits
    • Headwear
    • Water bottles
    • Goggles
