Application:
1. Put the lenses on your eyes, check whether the lenses are well fixed around your eyes.
2. Adjust the strap to fit your head size.
3. Press the lens slightly to release the air, and then start swimming.
4 Insert the thumb into the headband and move it forward to take off the swimming goggles.
Maintenance:
1. Clean the glasses in water and then air dry, do not wipe the lens with your finger or towel.
2. Put the swimming goggles in the protective box and in a cool dry environment, avoid placing them under the sun or in high temperatures.
3. Keep the swimming goggles from dirt, oil, scratches and hard objects to avoid cutting lens coatings.
